About Me - A Coach

I am a senior accredited coach offering a blended approach which provides both the forward focus and dynamic energy of coaching along with a depth of emotional support and psychological expertise. This approach suits people who want a coach that will work with them as a whole person, not just working with one aspect of their lives.

I specialise in providing coaching to women in their 30s, 40s and 50s who want to invest in their own personal and/or professional development.

For companies I specialise in developing female talent and supporting women transitioning to maternity leave and returning to work and I have a special interest in championing diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace.

I have a Post-Graduate Diploma in Coaching and Senior Practitioner Accreditation with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and I adhere to their global Code of Conduct.

I also have over almost 30 years experience working in the FMCG sector first as a manager and coach and latterly as a management consultant.


About Me - A Counsellor

I am a fully qualified counsellor offering counselling to adults, children and young people.

Many of my clients are women in their 30s, 40s and 50s who want to discover more joyful, balanced and fulfilling lives. The challenges and transitions that we face as women during these decades can leave us feeling overwhelmed, burnt out from juggling, lacking direction, low in self-esteem, anxious or depressed or simply that we have lost our mojo. 

I offer face to face counselling from Surrey Holistic in Godalming and also online counselling on Zoom. From September 2024 I will be starting a new face to face clinic on Fridays at The Practice in Guildford town centre.

In addition to my private practice counselling, I also have experience working in secondary school and sixth form college settings and in a hospice setting working with loss and bereavement.

As an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I am bound by a strict code of ethics, am committed to regular continuing professional development and attend clinical supervision on a regular basis.
